A time manipulation game combined with a cloning mechanic allowing the player to complete seemingly impossible objectives by creating time paradoxes. Its original version was made on a homemade 2D engine written in OpenGL, it sported 50 playable puzzles but remained untested and full of bugs. It was an ambitious project, I was trying for hardware accelerated smooth 2D lighting effects but ended up with an ugly and blurry set of hazy low resolution sprites. To give it another try, I rewrote the game again in Allegro 4, learning from my mistakes I decided to go for a tile based level editor with simple pixelated scalable vector graphics. Calling it instance1000, I ported only 20 levels from the previous game, and didn't spend any time on a trailer this time around!
